Community Based Education Delivery (CBED)
Providing training and education services in collaboration with industry and government.
CBED, under the Marine Institute, collaborates with industry and government to support key training priorities. They organize, facilitate, and lead training programs in disciplines such as aquaculture, environmental studies, fish harvesting, and food processing. CBED offers online courses related to fish harvesting and food processing through the School of Fisheries. Additionally, they can design customized short courses to meet specific needs, including those of developing countries.
