Altogether Thematic Networks delivered 474 graduate courses (including Masters and PhD courses, and other special courses) with almost 11 000 students from 67 different nations.
The report presents the distribution of courses, e.g. by education type, topics and networks. It also discusses the impact of courses on students and Indigenous communities. In the end, it presents a SWOT analyses on points raised by both network leaders and students, and discusses the best ways forward.
The report was funded by Global Affairs Canada, for which they are gratefully thanked. The report was made possible by collaborating with past and current Thematic Networks and their leaders, without whom the report would not be so extensive. However, it should be kept in mind that the report does not include all educational activities and thus it should not be used as full description of all education but as an example of mostly graduate education activities.
