The first conference day consists of invited keynote speeches and panel discussions focusing on the voice of the Arctic youth and the different levels of climate-related decision-making.

On the second day, the program includes speeches and panel discussions e.g. concerning climate change as a human rights issue, the future and sustainability of Arctic city-communities and security challenges caused by climate change.
