Conference will consist of the following sessions:

  • Human Capital as a Research Concept and Cultural Reality;

  • Cultural Politics in the Russian Arctic and Development of Human Capital;

  • Human in Arctic’s Cultural Habitat;

  • Cultural and Arts Education in Arctic as a Realm for Human Capital Creation and Development;

  • Forms of Representation and Ways of Measuring of Human Capital.

Within the Conference the following events will take place:

  • “Round table”: “Development of the concept for creation of the Musical Instruments Museum in the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts”;
  • Website presentation “People and Nature of the Cold Pole”;
  • Textbook presentation “Arctic Circumpolar Civilization”;
  • Professors and students works exhibition “Art of Arctic”.

Conference languages: Russian and English.

Participation in absentia is also possible.

All Conference participants will be awarded with the Certificates of Participation.
