Global Access to Higher Education in the North, is a project funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and its purpose is to develop the UArctic Catalogue as well as supporting UArctic member institutions in marketing and student recruitment. During Ute's stay in Rovaniemi, the project planning group will finalize the implementation plan, agree on next steps, and have practical training in web tools and practices. The project partners are the University of Lapland, University of Tromsø, and Northern (Arctic) Federal University in Arkhangelsk.
