Knowledge alliances will:

•develop new, innovative and multidisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning;

•stimulate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills of higher education teaching staff and enterprise staff;

•facilitate the exchange, flow and co-creation of knowledge.

Applications are open to HEIs established in partner countries and holding a valid Erasmus charter for higher education. Knowledge alliances involve a minimum of six independent organisations from at least three programme countries, out of which at least two must be HEIs and two must be enterprises.

Funding will be awarded for a period of two to three years.

The maximum EU contribution for two-year alliances is €700,000 and €1 million for three-year alliances.
